You had to be there

An amazing day of sheer will power.  Getting up at 4 a.m. was one of them.  The Tropical Triathlon participants were all champs.  Will power and endurance.  So what did I do other than the obvious.  Well I was not alone TP and I volunteered  as did many of our friends.  First off our wardrobe had to have more flair so we took the official orange issued T-shirt and embellished it, by hand painting the official logo of the Lake Worth Tropical Triathlon on our shirts.   We started by  directing traffic in the dark, and wishing all a “Good Morning”  They were  all so ready and pumped.  Then to our assigned duty, body art and last water distribution.  The rest is history, enjoy these photos.  Some of the participants even said THANK YOU FOR VOLUNTEERING.    Many more photos to be posted.  I could hear our Lake Worth lifeguards encouraging the last swimmers from where I was on the Pier.

just a few more feet

Your doing great
